HINDU LAW
Hindu law is the religious and personal law of Hindus. The scope of this law are for those who are Hindus by birth, accepted the Hindu religion, the illegitimate child of Hindu father and mother when the father is a Christian but the mother is Hindu and the child grown up in the culture of Hindu family. The Buddhist, Jains, Sheiks, and Shawtals are not included in Hindu religion. They are guided by their own customs and in other case by Hindu law. But according to the jurisprudence of Hindu religion, it is a branch of Hindu law. That's why Hindu law is not fully a worldly law. Hindu law is the oldest law of the world. The word Hindu is not found in the Hindu mythology. The jurists say that Hindu law is the personal law of Hindu and that's why it is called the traditional Hindu law.
