To take the land tax and for the administration of land in a Union, there is Union Land office in every Union. This is the last stage of land administration. TAHSHILDER

enjoying the possession of land the annual rent given by the landholder to the
government is called tax. DAKHILA
After
taking the land tax from the landowner, the landowner is provided with a
certain form. This is called dakhila. This specified form number is 1077. TAPSHIL
The document where the location of land and recognition is maintained, called Tapshil. KHASH PROPERTY
The government property is called Khash property. It is recorded in Land Record Mouza or number 1 register. KHATIAN
Khatian means the accountancy of landed property. When a separate number identifies the description of property in a mouza of one or more individuals is called Khatian. It may be called the description of ownership. DAG NUMBER
When different number in a map identifies the different classified lands then it is called Dag number. Though the lands of different owner are classified in a same class but different dag number marks them. HOLDING
Depending
upon the khatian no.1 of register no. 1 when an account for tax is open for land
development is called holding. This khatian or register no.1 is known as
holding in register no.2. PARCHA
The duplicate copy of khatian is called parcha. J L NUMBER
Each and every mouza of a police station is marked with different number. This remarkable serial number of mouza is called J L number. LEASE
When
the immovable property is taken in possession for a certain period with the
exchange of money is called lease. The ownership of lease is not transferable,
only the possession may be transferred. The amount of money by which the lease
is taken, called “salami”. BENAMI PROPERTY
If any person purchases any property not in his name but in other person’s name and enjoys the possession as his property, is called Benami property. After declaration of Land Reform Ordinance, 1984 this type of purchase is illegal. DOCUMENT
Other than “will” any type of written paper is a document. But according to the Registration Act, the contract signed by the seller and purchaser of the property in a paper is called document. This document must be registered. a.
